ErnoStrat provides legal consultation, contract review, and business law advisory services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. All services are provided by qualified legal professionals in Germany.
ErnoStrat provides legal guidance based on information available. We are not liable for decisions made by clients based on our advice, nor for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
All communications are confidential and protected by German law. Information disclosed is not shared with third parties except as legally required or explicitly authorized by you.
Fees are quoted per engagement or hourly rate (€150–€350/hour). Travel costs and third-party expenses are billed separately. Late payments incur 5% monthly interest or statutory rates, whichever is higher.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We retain the right to withdraw if conflicts of interest arise.
Client data is processed in accordance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details. Data is stored securely and retained for legal compliance periods.
Disputes are resolved under German law and the jurisdiction of Frankfurt am Main courts. Mediation is attempted before litigation.
ErnoStrat reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
